Welcome to the Pro Wrestling Time Tunnel Daily Chronicle. The daily newsletter for an injection of events that happened on this day and relative time frames in Territory Pro Wrestling History
John Bromberg joined the U.S Army Air Corps in 1940 and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. So he apparently chose a military career over wrestling. He was shot down on a bombing mission and was a P.O.W. for a bit during the war. After the war, he and his wife Doris settled in Redwood City, CA, for a while where he worked for a few different companies and a distributor or salesman.
Amazing Jason....thank you for adding to the chronicle of his life. I couldn't find much about his last years. With guys like this I always wonder what their last years were like and if they had anyone around them during the last days of their lives.
